Description: Contestants will appear in long evening wear. NO SHORT DRESS. Contestant must have reached her 8th birthday by July1,2009 and not have reached her 13th birthday by October 31,2009. Interview will be at the fairgrounds Saturday June 13 at 4 pm. Questions? contact Phyllis Flowers at 606-387-7290. KAFS rules apply. Contestants will be judged in evening gown and at interview. Entry fee is $15. Winner will receive a sash, crown, and trophy. Also she will receive her entry fee paid to the Miss Pre-Teen pageant, one nights lodging at the Crowne Plaza and $100 cash.
