Description: Registration will be held at the fairgrounds. It will begin at 8:30 am and end at 9:45 am. NO registeration will be taken after this time. Any person may register the contestants. The entry fee is $5 per contestant. All categories, withe the exception of non-resident, must be a resident of Clinton County. Contestants in birth to 6 months will appear in a white T-shirt or onesies and a white diaper and contestants in 7 months to 4 years will appear in swimwear. NO accessories will be permitted. Categories are (boys and girls)-Birth to 3 months / 4 to 6 months / 7 to 11 months / 1 year / 2 years / 3 years and 4 years (Tiny Miss and Mister) Non-resident (boys and girls): Birth to 11 months / 1 year to 4 years.
